Seeking funding for labor/materials/land anywhere in the world. The sundial will be hollow so 6000 blocks solid is only notable for its mathematical beauty. During the equinox, shadow passes over a step each hour, as well as most of the year with some variation. Lines on the roof delineate time using the shadow of the cube. The perimeter is 32'x 9.333' and hollow it will require less than 2000 cinder blocks.
